Each program will help you train and evolve different aspects of your game, making you a stronger player. The programs we offer can be found below.
Our Grinders League is meant for those who want to continue to play competitively even when the regular season has come to an end. Running all year long, this program will put you on a team with 5 others and match you against other 6-person teams. This program offers an incredible in-game experience where you will learn what should be improved and what’s working well. This offseason training near Denver will make you into a better player.
This camp is meant for those players who want to dial in on one specific skill or position and improve on it. Here you’ll get information about the basics and learn skills specific to what you want to learn. You’ll be paired with one of our amazing coaches who will carefully guide you through exactly what needs to be done in order to become the best possible athlete you can be. They will also assist you with finding the best position for you and help you grow in that position. This is the perfect program for those looking to gain more knowledge about volleyball during the offseason.
As the name suggests, the 1% club is meant for the 1% of athletes that want to achieve greatness! This is known to be one of our more intensive programs as you’ll be trained by experts in the game of volleyball to become the best on the court. Here, you’ll go through different intense exercises in order to push your limits and break your own personal goals.
The Grindstone program is meant for those looking to improve their positional skills. If there’s a position that you’ve been wanting to get into or you want to improve at your current position, The Grindstone is the perfect place for you to be. Starting in November and ending in June, this intense 8-month program will guarantee better results in the position you play.

RVC invites everyone who has a passion to play volleyball. This means beginners as well. Everyone has to start somewhere and we want RVC to be the place where that happens.
