Out-of-State Travel Tournament Policy & Expenses
As outlined in our contract, out-of-state trips are NOT OPTIONAL participants are required to share in team expenses during the course of the season, including travel expenses associated with attending out-of-state tournaments.
During team travel ALL athletes are to remain with team during the entire duration of the trip. This includes ALL times when team is not participating in competitive play. Players are not allowed to leave and separate from the team to go with Parents, Family or Friends for any occasion at anytime. Players will be released to Parents at the conclusion of all tournament responsibilities.
***NOTE: RVC reserves the right to cancel travel tournaments at the absolute and sole discretion of the club.***
