- Grindstone: The Grindstone program was created to make sure that your daughter is always growing and becoming better at the sport. At a U17 level, this is when your daughter should become a standout player from the rest of the group. - Grinders Camp: This program was meant for the players who may be starting out or want a refresher on the basics. Meant for ages 9-13, our year-round Grinders Camp was developed to make sure players understand the fundamentals of the sport and grow overall as a player.
